Patrick “PJ” Jean is Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPO/CTO) at ABBYY. He has nearly 20 years of experience leading in executive engineering and technology roles at US and European based multinational product companies. He excels in driving cultural improvements and executing inspirational product strategies with a trifecta leadership approach of integrating product vision, roadmap, and engineering execution in enterprise markets.
PJ’s focus on accelerating time-to-market and delivering customer value has yielded a successful track record of rapid growth and winning market share for several private and public companies from startups to established companies.
PJ heavily values principles of servant leadership and customer advocacy and strives to build highly motivated teams that deliver great products and delightful experiences to customers. Prior to joining ABBYY, he held executive engineering and technology roles at OutSystems, Citrix, and Apttus, and currently serves on the Board for Codility. PJ holds a B.S. in Physics from McNeese State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He resides in Austin, TX.
